Plumingo Return & Exchange Policy

1. 7-Day Easy Exchange

We offer a 7-day size exchange from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Product must be free from stains, perfume, odors, pet hair, or damage.
  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Returns Accepted Only for Specific Reasons

Returns will be accepted only if:

  • Wrong product received.
  • Wrong size shipped by Plumingo.
  • Product received in damaged condition.
  • Manufacturing defect found upon delivery.

A clear unboxing video may be requested for verification.

3. No Returns for Size, Color Preference, or Change of Mind

As children's garments are hygiene-sensitive products, returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Ordered by mistake.
  • Color variation due to screen settings.
  • Size ordered incorrectly by customer.

Customers may use the size exchange option instead.

4. Exchange Process

  • One exchange per order is permitted.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • If requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

5. Reverse Pickup

Where serviceable:

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged by Plumingo.

Where reverse pickup is unavailable:

  • Customer must self-ship to the provided address.
  • Reasonable courier charges will be reimbursed for approved defective/wrong-product cases.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

  • Replacement stock is unavailable.
  • Wrong item received and replacement unavailable.
  • Defective item cannot be replaced.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after quality inspection.

7. Quality Inspection

All returned products undergo inspection.

Returns may be rejected if:

  • Product has been washed.
  • Tags are removed.
  • Garment shows signs of use.
  • Product is returned incomplete.

8. Unboxing Video Requirement

For claims involving:

  • Missing items.
  • Damaged products.
  • Wrong products.

An uninterrupted unboxing video from package opening is strongly recommended and may be required for claim approval.

9. Hygiene & Safety Exception

For safety and hygiene reasons, products that have been worn, washed, soiled, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

10. Store Credit

Approved returns may be issued as:

  • Original payment refund, or
  • Plumingo Store Credit valid for 12 months.

Additional Clauses 

Fraud Prevention

Plumingo reserves the right to reject returns from accounts exhibiting unusual return patterns or suspected misuse of the return policy.

Color Variation

Actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography. Such variations do not qualify as defects.

Measurement Tolerance

A size variation of up to ±1 inch from the size chart is considered acceptable and does not qualify as a manufacturing defect.

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused at the time of delivery may be subject to shipping and handling deductions before any refund is processed.
